The Elkow Homes Promise
- Provide prospect protection for co-operating brokers who:
- Provide a fully completed broker registration agreement
- Provide a fully completed client(s) registration card
- Physically accompany your client(s) on their first visit to our community
- Provide Protection to the co-operating broker for 30 days
- Recognize only one co-operating broker per sale
- Pay the co-operating broker who is the procuring cause a 3% commission paid on the base price
- Write the purchase agreement on our company’s contract and present it for ratification
