Where are the Elkow Home subdivisions?
Our subdivisions are located in South Lyon and Lyon Township currently. We are always looking for areas to expand on in Oakland County and further so do not be surprised if you hear about us “moving” to other communities as well.

that included the customer as the center of that team. Rick invested time and energy into creating a team that feels the same way, and the entire team believes in our Promise.

We have been building new construction homes in Oakland County since 1996. Over the years we have taken our strong work ethics, passion and knowledge and built a company where the customer really does come first.

Will Elkow Homes build a home outside of one of their existing subdivisions in Oakland County?
Yes. If our future home owner is interested in a particular home we offer, Elkow Homes will be happy to build this new home for you off site.
